Dr. Jan T. Svensson was recruited as Marie Curie Fellow at the Chair within the frame of the 'Industry - Academia Partnership and Pathway (IAPP)' project since April 2012. Jan Svensson is expert in Bioinformatics and Plant Genetics. He has vast experience with mobility for science in diverse countries and institutions. Among this he worked in a plant breeding project during 5 years in a large Barley Research Consortium group at the University of California, Riverside, USA. The scientist has interest to stay for a longer time at the Competence Focus 'AOX Research and Functional Marker Development' developed and coordinated at the EU Marie Curie Chair/ICAAM and help profiling the institution.
